I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Kristi, and I am a woman in long-term recovery with over a decade of experience in the healing arts. My path has taken me through many initiations—grief, surrender, transformation—and it is from this place of lived experience that I now hold space for other women seeking their own heart’s alchemy.

For the last six years, I’ve walked the recovery path—unlearning survival patterns, rediscovering my body as sacred, and reclaiming the voice of my inner truth. Alongside that, I’ve worked as a licensed bodyworker for a decade, I am a certified trauma informed breathwork facilitator, and space holder for women ready to transmute pain into purpose and reclaim their power.

Women's Recovery Breathwork was born from my deep belief that healing is not only possible—it is our birthright. Here, we gather in sisterhood to remember the wisdom in our breath, to soften the armor around our hearts, and to reawaken our intuitive knowing.

How will Breathwork Help?

Regulation.

Recovery often stirs old trauma responses—fight, flight, freeze. Conscious breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you move from survival mode into safety and calm. You’ll leave feeling grounded and present.


Release.

The body holds what the mind can’t process. Breathwork gently opens the door to grief, anger, shame, and joy that may have been stored for years. Through the breath, we release what we’ve carried alone for too long.


Resilience.

Rather than numbing or bypassing pain, breathwork teaches you how to be with it—compassionately, courageously, and without judgment. Over time, you learn to trust your capacity to feel without drowning.

Reconnection.
Addiction and trauma often disconnect us from the body. Breathwork restores that connection, turning the body into an ally and a wise guide on the path of recovery. You learn to listen, soften, and trust again.

What is a Breathwork Journey?

Our sessions are rooted in ritual, sisterhood, and somatic healing. Each month, we explore a theme aligned with the cycles of nature and the inner landscape of recovery.

Typical 90 Minute Monthly Session Flow:

  • Opening Circle: Gentle grounding, intention-setting, and optional group sharing.

  • Themed Teaching or Reflection: A short talk or journaling prompt to guide the journey

  • Guided Breathwork Journey: 45–60 minutes of conscious, connected breathing with curated music.

  • Integration: Time for quiet reflection, optional sharing, and grounding practices to integrate.

Come as you are—no experience needed. You’ll be lovingly guided and supported the entire way. All feelings are welcome here. You are not broken. You are becoming!

As your facilitator, I offer a trauma informed approach that is suitable for all women, in every stage of recovery. Rest at ease knowing that you will be safe and supported throughout each session.

  • I accept most major insurances. Please contact me and we can confirm with your provider!

  • Sessions range from $20–$200, depending on length, services, and insurance. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings. I also love to work with uninsured clients on a sliding scale model, so please be sure to let me know and we can find a price that works for you!

  • Acupuncture is generally not painful and many people find it to be a relaxing experience. If you have a specific condition you're looking to treat or any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  • I’m an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. I often treat clients post surgery with pain management, regaining sensation, and more. My practice is inclusive and affirming for everyone, I welcome you to share as much or as little as you want with me in order to help you feel comfortable joining my healing space.
